Founder and Executive Director
Angela White
Founder
Angela White is the Founder and Executive Director of Wonderfully Me, Incorporated which was founded in March 2017. The organization will provide life skills to girls to embrace their own uniqueness, to promote their self-worth and to encourage positive self-development. Equipped with these skills, her hope is to transform these girls into women of courage, character and compassion that will lead to purposeful and successful lives in their communities.
Angela's passion for serving and helping others has been evident through her community service for over 30 years. She has volunteered her time in many organizations such as the Chester County Food Bank, Chester Chess Penn Family Health Center's Dental Clinic and Coatesville Kids to College. A member of Wake Chapel Church in Raleigh, NC, she chaired multiple community outreach events.
Angela graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors of Science of Dental Hygiene. She also holds a Certificate in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner, providing dental care for those who may not have access to care. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Chester County Chapter, as well as a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Western Wake Alumnae Chapter, the National Council of Negro Women, Capital Area Section, and a Volunteer with Army Corps of Engineers and Jordan Lake.

Teleicia Hartsfield
Board Chair
Telecia Hartsfield has been a resident of Raleigh, NC for almost thirty years. Telecia graduated from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate of Science in Industrial Pharmaceutical Technology, Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Sociology and The National Graduate School with a Master of Science in Quality Systems Management.
She enjoys being a positive role model and giving back to her community through serves. Telecia was Secretary and served on two committees at Passage Home, a nonprofit in Southeast Raleigh with the mission To break the cycle of poverty for five years. Telecia has been on the board of Fox Road Elementary School PTA for three years and currently serves as President. She is a single mother of three daughters ages 11, 15, and 27 and believes whole-heartedly in the mission of Wonderfully Me.
Wendy Garrett is a native of Chester County, Pennsylvania but relocated to Cary, North Carolina 17 years ago. She graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Wendy has held several board members positions in the past and is currently a member of Business Professional Women of the Triangle. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Membership for Women in Networking in Cary, North Carolina. She was also a founding member of the Lions Club of Holly Springs, North Carolina and held the position of Vice President of membership.
Wendy is married and has two adult children. She is excited to be included in the journey of Wonderfully Me.

Linda Colar Rascoe
Secretary
Linda Colar Rascoe is a mother of two daughters and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Education from UNC Greensboro. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership roles in the local and state Public Health offices and provided funding for agencies, hospitals, community and faith-based organizations. She is enthusiastic about providing education, services, care and outreach to communities and individuals in need. Working with high risk populations and providing opportunities to expose young people on the possibilities that can achieve. As advocate for the prevention, Linda has dedicated a large portion of her career on adolescent and women’s health, behavioral health, research and addressing chronic diseases.
Currently, Linda serves as the Deputy Director for the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) for the NC Department of Health and Human Service’s Division Health Benefits. In this Executive role, she leads development, strategy, staff engagement, training, collaborations and contracts. This work focuses on promoting an inclusive workplace, with equitable opportunities as well as practicing non bias in hiring and supervision of individuals representing various ethnicities. Linda enjoys serving on the Wonderfully Me Board of Directors and supports empowering young girls with love, support and interpersonal skills.
Tanya Ryans
Originally from Miami, Florida to parents of Caribbean descent. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University. Tanya is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in the field of nursing for the last 21 years.
Tanya is passionate about giving back to the next generation of young woman. She lead her daughters Girl Scout Troops for 2 years where she organized several community outreach programs. They included first aid kits being shipped to Dominica, visits to nursing home residents, beach clean ups, financial literacy, and educational experiences.
She continues to be active in her community by donating her medical experience to CVIM - a local non profit that provides medical care to low income residents of Chester County.
She is the proud mother of three children and thoroughly enjoys the beach and traveling. She looks forward to inspiring the next generation of successful and powerful woman.
Lisa Williams
In her current role as VP Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Northeast Division, Comcast, Lisa is responsible for developing growth strategies for diverse customer segments. She joined the Comcast team 10 years ago in a Sales Operations role within the Direct Sales channel. Lisa began her post-graduate career with Deloitte Consulting where she specialized in business process re-design and ERP implementations. She gained industry experience across multiple vertical sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Public Sector. A native of Northeast Ohio, Lisa completed both her undergraduate and graduate education in the Quaker State, receiving her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh, and her M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she is an active member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. a mother’s volunteer organization focused on leadership development for minority youth, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Donald Foote
Donald Foote has a proven track record of leading complex projects, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering innovation. His expertise in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing business processes, and leveraging technology to achieve business goals has earned him a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader.
Donald is happily married and the proud father of three grown daughters. His family has been a constant source of support and inspiration throughout his career and continues to be the center of his life. He values the time spent with his loved ones and enjoys the newfound freedom to travel and explore new hobbies with them.
Embracing his passion for wellness and holistic health, Donald has transitioned into a new chapter as the owner and operator of a Functional Health Coaching business. In this role, he combines his extensive professional experience with his commitment to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being.
Donald’s believes in the power of education and self-improvement, both for himself and those he mentors.
